The NBISC Social Competition runs four times a year at the Northern Beaches Indoor Sports Centre, featuring Sunday night games across multiple divisions. The Spike Sisters Initiative focuses on empowering and supporting female players through volleyball. Designed to boost confidence and well-being, this program offers weekly games from February to April at the Cromer Community Centre. Participants enjoy an eight-week season with no duties, inspiring guest speakers, and a complimentary “Spike Sisters” playing shirt.
